Refund Policy
At Royal Vape Store, we offer a 3-day return policy, meaning you have 3 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original condition—unopened, unused, with all original tags, and in its original packaging. A valid proof of purchase or receipt is also required.
To begin the return process, please contact us at [email protected]. If your return is approved, we’ll provide detailed instructions on how and where to send your package. Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
Note: The customer is fully responsible for all return shipping costs.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order after delivery immeditily. If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us right away so we can assess the issue and take the necessary steps to resolve it.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns on the following:
Opened or used products
E-Liquids (Egyptian or Premium)
Disposable vapes
Cotton and wicking materials
We also do not accept returns for items that were selected incorrectly by the customer or do not suit individual taste preferences. Please ensure your order is correct before confirming your purchase.
Promotional or sale items are final sale and cannot be returned.
Exchanges
To exchange an item, we recommend returning the original item (once approved) and placing a new order for the product you wish to receive.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved. If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to post the refund.
