3. Orders & Payments

Once you place an order, you’ll get a confirmation from us. If there’s any issue (like stock shortages or payment issues), we’ll let you know.

In some cases, we may request a partial payment via Vodafone Cash before shipping.

4. Delivery Policy

We work with trusted delivery partners to get your order to you fast and safe.

Cairo & Giza: Delivery within 1 TO 2  business dayS

Other Governorates: Delivery in 24 to 72 hours

Delivery costs are shown at checkout and may change depending on courier updates. If we can’t reach you for delivery, or if orders are refused without reason, we may cancel the order and block future purchases.

5. Returns & Exchanges

Changed your mind or ordered the wrong product? No problem—we’ve got you covered!
You can return or exchange items within 3 days of receiving them, as long as:

The item is sealed and unused

You contact us on the same day you receive the order (even during holidays or weekends)

Please note:

Opened, used, or e-liquid items can’t be returned for safety reasons

You’ll need to cover the delivery fees for return/exchange unless the item is defective or incorrect

6. Defective Items & Warranty

We stand by our products! If something arrives with a manufacturer defect, we’ll replace it free of charge within 14 days—no hassle.

Warranty does not apply to:

Disposable devices

E-liquids

Coils and cartridges
